They came out to a property I had under contract in Portsmouth NH at short notice and gave my buyer a competitive quote. Some companies gave us elevated numbers due to our time crunch with due diligence and others told us we should replace the entire roof (presumably to get more money). Luis told us straight away that the roof had 5-10 years of life left and only needed minor repairs which was in line with the home inspector's findings. My buyer accepted his quote and within a week, the Zhumas team came to the property and efficiently installed a ridge vent, re-flashed the chimney, repaired the masonry, and fixed the ridge caps over the porch. They even re-flashed around 3 exhaust vents as a bonus! They were clean and left no debris. Zhumas' use of a drone for their estimate was very effective and efficient.
