Called because of a leaking skylight. Though we told them that it was not at the serious stage yet they still came within a matter of days. Very professional. Answered all our questions concerning the necessary repairs and we received our estimate within a few days. And even though it was the dead of winter and freezing they were on the roof and stayed almost in the dark until the job was done. Great job.
Zuma‘s was an absolutely amazing experience. I had a couple of roofing companies come out and take a look and give me an estimate and they were the only company to get up in my roof on top and inside and give me a full evaluation. They were responsive, timely, Answering all of my questions. I felt like I was given a fair price and they were done with the job so quickly. I am blown away and very happy with the service I will definitely be using them to redo my roof when it’s time.
They were great, did a good job. Very hard workers and cleaned everything up excellent. Would highly recommend. Their office were great to, we needed to defer some payments and they worked out a payment plan that worked for us.
Fast, efficient, price was reasonable. John was our rep and he was super helpful and kept us in the loop from start to finish.
Had a roof leak that required immediate attention. Zhumas was very professional in diagnosing and fixing the issue. They also promised to return in the spring to touchup some paint that was affected during the repair.
My good friend recommended these guys to me. He was very impressed with everything they did at his house from start to finish. I gave them a call and the estimator was at my house the next day. I found their price to be fair and decided to move forward with the work and they had a crew there that weekend. I thought I would have had to wait a lot longer than that. The way these guys worked was impressive. I couldn’t believe they completed the job in 1 day. And they did a great job cleaning up.
Zhumas was recommended to me. I called them on a Thursday and by the following Wednesday the work was done!

The issue was caused by an improperly installed plumbing pipe, but they quickly identified the problem and provided a thorough and effective solution.They not only repaired the leak but also explained the root cause and what steps they took to prevent future issues. Their communication was clear, and they left the work area clean and tidy.They also offered me a free roof inspection.
The Zhumas team is great! From start to finish very professional and attentive to my needs. I shopped around and Zhumas is by far the best bang for the buck on roofing and gutters. The managers Luis and John are fantastic and respond quickly. The onsite crew works hard and efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner. I am going to definitely have them back to do more projects on my home.
Zhumas Construction did a fantastic job, and was very knowledgeable about my issues and how to fix them. They are capable of doing many aspects of your construction process.
The service from Zhumas Construction was awesome. The repair performed was started on time and was completed as per the estimate provided. All items that were replaced were removed and the area was cleaned.

Excellent responsiveness - same day service both times I called them. Needed aluminum roof flashing replaced due to high winds. Loose flashing was banging against the windows below, making a hell of a racket. Luis and/or his guys showed up and completed the jobs both times on the same day I contacted him. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Highly recommended.

Zhumas has done several jobs for me.... they are quick to respond to my calls and have completed all jobs within a week once I approve the estimate.... they even call back to check on the job once they have completed them.... I would highly recommend Zhumas for any roofing and construction job
Did an excellent job on repairing our roof after storm damage. Called and had a quick response and within a day they came and gave us an estimate and answered any questions we had.They came back within a few days and made the necessary repairs. The 2 guys that came to make the repairs worked efficiently and were friendly. They did a great job cleaning up when finished. The roof looks great. Thank you!
The experience we had with Zhumas Construction, Inc. Replacing our roof was very good. The whole team was very polite, hard-working, and very helpful from beginning to the end. Our communication was great, they explained the findings with pictures and did nothing until they got our approval. Their professionalism and expertise and cleanliness showed in the finish product. Super fast communication! I was added to the schedule within a week for a non-emergency situation. The employees that worked on my house were respectful and responsive to my questions. They removed all damaged material and dispose of it appropriately and they used high quality product. I found the pricing to be fair and the quality excellent! I'll be using Zhuma's construction in the future!
