Luis told us straight away that the roof had 5-10 years of life left and only needed minor repairs which was in line with the home inspector's findings. My buyer accepted his quote and within a week, the Zhumas team came to the property and efficiently installed a ridge vent, re-flashed the chimney, repaired the masonry, and fixed the ridge caps over the porch. They even re-flashed around 3 exhaust vents as a bonus! They were clean and left no debris. Zhumas' use of a drone for their estimate was very effective and efficient. I would hire Zhumas anytime for my own property or recommend them to a client. These folks are great communicators. Always picking up the phone and professionally staying on top of things!
